The Team Energy Reset Session is a focused 90-minute virtual diagnostic that helps you see clearly:

  • What’s happening beneath the surface.

  • What’s energising the team

  • Where collaboration is stalling

  • What’s under pressure

  • And what kind of reset would actually move the needle?

The session can include insights from the Team Energy Scorecard or existing strengths data. 

You leave with a clear recommendation and next steps. Price: £950.00

When teams are ready for more than a quick shift, the NEST™ is a structured reset (typically between 30 - 60 days)

 

  • Built on needs, energy, strengths, and trust, and aligned to the transition the team is facing.

  • 2–3 days of design and facilitation

  • Follow-up and embedding

  • Fully contextual to your team

 

Indicative investment (depending on team size and diagnostic depth).

The challenge
Two established teams were brought together under a new leader. Beyond a smooth transition, the organisation wanted a team that genuinely trusted one another and could work effectively from day one.

Each team member completed a Strengthscope® profile, followed by a 1:1 debrief and coaching conversation.

Using insights from the Strengthscope® Team Report, we designed and facilitated a one-day workshop to surface strengths, address friction points, and agree on practical ways of working together.
