About Maria

Maria is a strengths-led leadership consultant who specialises in helping leadership teams recalibrate during growth and change. With over 15 years of experience working with strengths at individual, team and executive levels, she partners with organisations to realign collective leadership, restore energy, and lay the foundations for strengths-first cultures. Her work goes beyond individual insight.

 

Maria focuses on how strengths shape collective identity, decision-making, accountability and performance at the leadership level. She helps teams move from knowing their strengths to intentionally using them as part of their operating rhythm.

 

Drawing on senior leadership, talent, and Capability roles within global organisations, Maria has designed and embedded strengths-based approaches across executive teams, leadership programmes and talent frameworks.

 

She understands how to translate strengths from concept into system, ensuring they influence how leaders think, collaborate and lead through complexity.

 

Maria is an EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach and accredited Coach Supervisor. A Strengthscope® Master Coach and member of the British Psychological Society, she is licensed to use the full suite of Strengthscope psychometrics, a strengths-based assessment with Registered Test status from the British Psychological Society.

 

She is also trained in Time to Think, bringing depth, rigour and reflective quality to her work with leaders and teams.
