Quirky Bird Strengths was born from a big belief:
That work can feel lighter, deeper, and way more human when we lead with strengths, not stress.

I’m Maria, founder of Quirky Bird Strengths. After 20+ years working in leadership and talent development, I saw too many brilliant people burning out, silos forming where connection should be, and teams stuck in “fixing mode” instead of flying forward.

So I created a different kind of space, one where leaders and teams can:
